Great Customer Service

I ordered my daughter this makeup set for Christmas and the compact mirror arrived cracked. I contacted customer service and they were incredible! They promptly sent me out a new set.
My daughter loves the makeup - she puts it on and feels grown up like her older sisters. I love the makeup because I know it's made with quality ingredients, not full of chemicals like most makeup marketed towards kids.
